Airman Leadership School

There is no greater responsibility in the Air Force than training the men and women who raise their right hand to serve their county. The Airman Leadership School is the next step to getting our Senior Airmen at Fairchild to their next rank of Staff Sergeant. It is a five-week-long, United States Air Force program designed to develop airmen into effective front-line supervisors. The classes prepare them to lead their future teams to help support the overall Air Force mission. It is the first professional military education (PME) that enlisted Air Force members to encounter. ALS focuses on developing leadership abilities, the profession of arms, and building effective communication.
