- Prerequisites swimming skills required: 300-meter continuous swim, 2-minute legs only tread, brick tow and retrieval. Not sure if you can meet the pre-test? No problem! Schedule an appointment today and a staff member can work with you.

- Note: This course is comprised of 3 in-person classroom/water sessions plus 7.5 hours of online course work. ALL in person sessions MSUT be attended and ALL 7.5 hours of course work must be completed in order to obtain Lifeguarding certification.
